Research CommitteeThe Research Committee of the Society of Critical Care Anesthesiologists (SOCCA) fosters scholarship and collaboration to advance scientific discovery in anesthesiology-based critical care. The committee serves as a hub for investigators at all career stages, supporting the development, dissemination, and implementation of impactful research. Through strategic initiatives and partnership with other SOCCA committees, the Research Committee helps shape the Society’s research agenda, promote multi-institutional collaboration, and mentor the next generation of clinician-scientists. Research Collaboration SubcommitteeThe Research Collaboration Subcommittee cultivates multicenter partnerships and fosters a network of investigators across institutions. It promotes project development, resource sharing, and sustained engagement in collaborative research aligned with SOCCA’s strategic priorities. Scientific Writing SubcommitteeThe Scientific Writing Subcommittee enhances SOCCA’s scholarly output by supporting member-driven publications and guiding collaborative writing efforts. It provides mentorship, editorial oversight, and structure for the development of consensus statements, reviews, and other academic contributions. |
