The Society of Critical Care Anesthesiologists (SOCCA) is the leading professional home for anesthesiologists who care for critically ill patients—whether in the ICU, the operating room, the PACU, or beyond. Our members include board-certified intensivists, perioperative physicians, and anesthesiologists whose practices intersect daily with the complexities of critical care. Whether you’re managing cardiac, neuro, transplant, trauma, or emergency cases, SOCCA offers a dynamic community committed to elevating care through education, research, advocacy, and collaboration. SOCCA’s mission is to support the development of anesthesiologists who care for critically ill patients of all types.
